1. What information do I collect?

When I use Google Maps Platform APIs. I may share your information with certain Google Maps Platform APIs (e.g., Google Maps API, Places API). Google Maps uses GPS, Wi-Fi, and cell towers to estimate your location. GPS is accurate to about 20 meters, while Wi-Fi and cell towers help improve accuracy when GPS signals are weak, like indoors. This data helps Google Maps provide directions, but it is not always perfectly precise. I obtain and store on your device ("cache") your location for twelve (12) months. You may revoke your consent anytime by contacting me at the contact details provided at the end of this policy.

In short: I may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect and store your information.
I may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to gather information when you interact with my site. Some online tracking technologies help me maintain the security of my site, prevent crashes, fix bugs, save your preferences, and assist with basic site functions.

6. How long do I keep your information?
In short: I keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless otherwise required by law.
I will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require me keeping your personal information for longer than up to one year unless required for longer by Germany's rules and regulations regarding business finances and records.

10. Controls for do-not-track features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, I do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that I must follow in the future, I will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.
California law requires I let you know how I respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, I do not respond to them at this time.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits my users who are California residents to request and obtain from me, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) I disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the name and addresses of all third parties with which I shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
